The following guide is for properties located in Boca Raton:
1. Supply MIZNER TITLE with your prior title policy; existing mortgage
information; and a number where to reach you if additional information
is required.
2. Arrange for a moving company.
3. Comply with the Inspection Report submitted to you by your Buyer.
4. Notify Post Office of your change in address.
5. Coordinate the transfer of utilities with your Buyer:
